Implementation Consultant for a Startup Technology Consulting Firm (remote, part-time, flexible schedule)

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work in collaboration with clients to create solutions that help our clients better manage and grow their businesses. Our services are focused on clients who are looking to utilize process improvement best practices in their implementation of the monday.com™ process management platform.

In addition to making strategic recommendations, you will be hands-on in the development and implementation of monday.com™ platform.

​

We are looking for a real process improvement technology professional to implement technology projects.

We are a small consulting firm that provides process improvement consulting for clients using the monday.com™ platform. We work collaboratively with clients to understand their current challenges and to identify process improvement opportunities. We help them take full advantage of their technology investment and create systems that are game-changing for their business.

We’re poised for tremendous growth over the next few years using our proprietary methodology and we are looking to build a team of A-players.

As an Implementation Consultant you will:

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Plan, guide, and monitor projects from conception through implementation.
* Facilitate client calls to clearly define their processes and technology requirements.
* Translate the clients' requirements into elegant process based solutions using monday.com™.
* Manage several concurrent client projects.
* Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
* Present completed solutions via Zoom™ sessions.
* Document new processes to create an easy-to-follow user guide.
* Support clients to ensure continued success.
* Track key metrics, including cost, pricing out scope, and performance.

What about you?

You do not need experience implementing monday.com™ for clients, as we will share our proven approach to client success. The perfect candidate will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and have a passion for client service.

What you need is a track record of successfully implement technology solutions for clients. Your client project management experience should include platform solutions, such as Salesforce.com, InfusionSoft, Hubspot or other similar systems.

You need to speak the language of process improvement. You understand the value of simplification, key performance indicators, and process improvement tools.

You will typically work Monday-Friday but there are occasions when our team meets on the weekend via Zoom™.

You work remotely and already have a fast, reliable internet connection and professional home office set up.

Qualifications

• You must have deep experience in translating client processes into technology solutions.  

• You work remotely and already have a fast, reliable internet connection and professional home office set up where you can speak with clients on a regular basis.

• Expert knowledge of technology project management principles and practices. 

• Strong project management and data analytical skills 

• Software implementation experience is required

• Experience with process improvement design and implementation 

• Strong situational leadership and influencing skills. 

• Bias for action and a track record of delivering results.
